After I get in touch, what is the process?
We try and ensure our process is easy for you.
Once we thoroughly understand what you need, we will put together a quote and a visual representation of what your branded merchandise will look like. Our quotes are detailed and include various price points based on the order volume you choose.
From here, we ask that you choose the option that best suits you, and confirm your order with us.
Once the order is confirmed we will produce the artwork for you to have an idea of what everything will look like. If you are happy with what you see, we ask for your tick of approval, and go into production from there.
We now begin production, and once that is done, the products will either be ready for pick-up or we carry out the delivery to your site.

Can I see your products before I make a commitment?
Definitely! Experiencing a product in the flesh can sometimes make all the difference. Why don’t you come into one of our showrooms in Perth, Sydney or Melbourne, and get a touch and feel of the products. If there's a specific item you'd like to see, just give us a heads up and we'll happily order a sample for you. Can you create a custom-made product?
Absolutely! We can produce something as customised as you require. A few of our customised solutions can be found in our case studies section. Of course, you can also ask us to provide you with examples upon getting in contact. Getting creative and providing out-of-the-box solutions is our forte, and we are passionate about it.
Is everything you offer and sell on your website?
