When I’m ordering products, do you have a minimum order quantity
We do, however this depends on the product. If you are going for a product that is on the lower end of the price spectrum, then they have a higher minimum order quantity (MOQ). As a general rule of thumb, higher-priced products have an MOQ of 5-25 products.

Alternatively, if you really know what you’re looking for you can build your own quote request by selecting what you’re looking for using our product catalogue. This contains a curated selection of popular products and the minimum order is listed.. However, if your product isn’t there - that doesn’t mean we don’t stock it.

Can you meet any deadline requested?
We try our very best to complete orders within short timeframes, however time of year, order size, and the actual branded merchandise products you select will determine how quickly we can get your order to you.
Your branded merchandise expert will clearly outline turnaround times to you, early in the process - they’re here to help! you have a non-negotiable deadline, your dedicated branded merchandise expert will let you know how we can meet it! There’s usually a way you do it.
Can you do same-day turnarounds?
Unfortunately, although we strive to provide rapid turnaround, we cannot offer completion on the same-day. This is due to the fact that we need to ensure the product is available, in the quantity amount you need, is decorated as per the scope of work and of course, what time of year it is. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, please get in touch with our Perth, Sydney and Melbourne teams, and let us plan a strategy to get your branded merchandise to you as soon as viably possible.
