Major Motors, a 50-year-old Western Australian based business selling Isuzu trucks and cars, has been a long-term client of ASB Branded Merchandise for over 20 years. ASB has supplied branded merchandise across various departments, including branded golf merchandise, corporate uniforms, and custom promotional products. The relationship has been built on trust, innovation, respect, reliability and a genuine interest in each other's businesses.
The primary goal of this collaboration was to celebrate Major Motors’ 50th anniversary. Major Motors required a range of 50th-anniversary merchandise with a newly designed campaign logo. They had multiple events planned, including a large event at the Crown Casino, and therefore wanted to print and publish a book detailing the company’s history.
The marketing manager met with ASB to discuss their plans and to brainstorm ideas. After going through the showroom, we worked through product options within Major Motors’ given timeframe and budget.
From there, ASB’s in-house design team recreated an old image from the ’70s, which was then used across their collateral. With products and timelines agreed upon, ASB set in motion the production process.
ASB successfully supplied custom 50th-anniversary caps, heavy canvas tote bags, stubbie coolers and bottles of Shiraz with custom labels and packaging. The client was very satisfied with the bespoke solution. Furthermore, Major Motors produced the book externally, with ASB helping them find the printer and producer.
ASB will continue to work with Major Motors for their upcoming projects and ongoing requirements, maintaining their long-standing relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
